We know, we’ve been there. We’ve also crossed paths with some of you whilst working at Russell Group universities answering questions at open days, live chats and through emails. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is where we come in…welcome to NavigateKin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quite simply, it’s about time advice, guidance and support tailored to Black students was easily accessible. Whether you’re looking for scholarships universities have for Black, African and Caribbean students, or looking for blogs, student advice and resources with you in mind, you’ve come to the right place. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

StudyKin is more than a university guide. It\u2019s a space created ‘by us, and made for us’. We want to help Black students from around the world looking to study in the UK or already here, navigate higher education with more clarity, confidence and support. Whether you\u2019re applying to university, searching for different types of scholarships, looking for honest student experiences or wanting to learn more about what university is really like for us, this platform was made with you in mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We wanted to create the kind of resource we wish we had ourselves:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We explore the real side of university – belonging, diversity, identity, confidence, burnout, friendships and navigating spaces that don\u2019t always feel built for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because university isn\u2019t just about getting a degree. It\u2019s about building a future, discovering yourself and finding spaces where you can grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And while no platform can have all the answers, NavigateKin aims to make the journey feel a little less confusing and a lot less isolating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is only the beginning, and we\u2019re excited to grow this community with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
