ℹ️ About the scholarship

The Foundation awards annual scholarships to future diversity leaders in full-time study at a UK educational institution. The scholarship supports your own education and career ambitions, funding is personal and cannot be used to fund another organisation or event. Awards are paid upon completion of the scholarship programme in September.

Scholars also benefit from exclusive mentoring from leaders in their fields and work experience opportunities, subject to availability. ​

Eligibility

To be eligible, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be enrolled or enrolling as a full-time student at a UK educational institution
• Be a new applicant — previous scholarship winners are not eligible
• Meet all entry requirements for their chosen course
• Have a strong academic record or clear ambitions to achieve academically
• Be able to commit the time and effort required to complete the scholarship programme
• Have a genuine and demonstrable interest in diversity

Scholarships are available across a wide range of fields for the 2026/27 academic year, aligned to your future career aspirations. The following categories are currently available:

Law — sponsored by international law firm Hogan Lovells

Finance & Business — supported by Goldman Sachs, with mentoring included

STEAM — covering Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics

Multi-sector — open to all other industries; applicants can indicate their preferred sector

Kidney Healthcare — supported by Kidney Research UK, for future leaders interested in bridging the kidney health gap, or students on dialysis or kidney transplant recipients

Disability and Neurodiversity — sponsored by international law firm Reed Smith; this category is also open to part-time students who are unable to study full-time due to a disability
