Your Questions, Answered
Here are answers to some of the most common questions about this website.
In 2020, we also set up a Black staff network - and through both that and advising prospective students directly, we've come to understand the gaps in information and support that Black students encounter. We want to bridge these gaps by offering honest, relevant and culturally aware guidance. Whether you're choosing a university or finding your feet once you're there, we're here to support you on your journey.
Where scholarships or funding are listed, eligibility is determined by the scholarship provider. Some opportunities are for UK home students of Black heritage, while others are specifically for Black international students from Africa and the Caribbean.
We will also be creating a student hub for African students and much more. We're continuously growing with more features on the way so stick with us!
All scholarships and funding opportunities listed are for the upcoming year and will be refreshed and updated on an ongoing basis once a new academic year has begun. Please note not all scholarships are released at the same time.
