Mental Health & Wellness

University life can be stressful - from finances and burnout to anxiety and everyday mental health struggles.

Finding the right support shouldn't be one more thing to worry about.

We've brought together some organisations and resources specifically tailored to the experiences of Black people - so the support you access truly understands where you're coming from. We're not a professional service, but we've signposted organisations that may be able to help. Each runs independently, so do check their information and decide what feels right for you.

ℹ️ If you're in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, call 999 or go to A&E. These resources are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
