Black Minds Matter

Black Minds Matter UK is a registered charity connecting Black individuals and families with free 121 talking therapy delivered by qualified and accredited Black therapists. The therapy sessions are currently closed, however, useful resources can be found on their website.





The Black, African and Asian Therapy Network

The Black, African and Asian Therapy Network (BAATN) is a UK organisation connecting Black, African, and Asian students with therapists who understand cultural identity and lived experiences.

It provides access to culturally aware counselling and mental health support through a network of qualified professionals.

Student Minds

Student Minds supports students with mental health, offering practical resources, peer support, and guidance to help you navigate university life and feel less alone. They spotlight the experiences of Black students through a dedicated project.





Young Minds

YoungMinds is a UK charity dedicated to improving young people’s mental health. They offer advice, resources, and support to help students understand their wellbeing, including specific guidance and support for Black youth.



ADHD Babes

ADHD Babes is a UK-based community created by and for Black women and Black non-binary people with ADHD, including students navigating uni life. They offer culturally affirming support, peer spaces, and resources that celebrate neurodiversity and recognise the unique challenges you may face.
